Harris County, TX — February 15, 2024, Juan Hernandez was injured in a motorcycle versus car accident at approximately 8:50 p.m. along Cypress Creek Pkwy.
According to authorities, A Toyota Rav4 was traveling westbound on Cypress Creek Parkway, F.M. 1960, in the vicinity west of the Eldridge Parkway intersection when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for unknown reasons, the Toyota failed yield the right of way to eastbound traffic and attempted a left turn at an unsafe time. This led to a collision between the Toyota and an oncoming eastbound motorcycle occupied by 46-year-old Juan Hernandez.
Hernandez incurred suspected severe injuries as a result of the collision. He was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
