How Did This Accident Occur?
Assuming authorities are able to prove the Honda driver was intoxicated at the time of this crash west of Lazbuddie, the next question that springs to mind is where had he been drinking?
It’s one thing if he had been drinking at home, but accountability for this crash may be shared if he had been drinking at a bar or restaurant before the crash. Alcohol providers are not supposed to serve anyone who is obviously intoxicated. If that happened in this instance, whoever provided this driver with alcohol also may be held responsible for the injuries he caused.
A thorough investigation is needed to determine who is accountable for this crash.
