Hidalgo County, TX — September 15, 2024, Jose Alaniz was injured following a car accident tat occurred around 8:08 A.M. on FM 88.
An investigation is underway following a car accident that happened during the morning rush on September 15th. According to official reports, Jose Alaniz was travelling north on FM 88 when a Chevy Silverado lost control of his vehicle, and drove into the oncoming lane. Due to the Chevy drifting into the opposite lane, Alaniz was struck head-on by the Chevy which resulted in severe damage to both vehicles.
When the first responders arrived on the scene, they found that Alaniz had sustained serious injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. At this time, there has been no other information released, including the status of Alaniz’s injuries, as well as if any charges or citation will be filed.
