Dublin, TX — April 11, 2023, Jordan Sanchez was fatally injured as the result of a work accident at around 8:45 a.m. on a farm off County Road 365.

According to OSHA officials, 19-year-old Jordan Sanchez was picking up rocks out of a field at the time. Officials say Sanchez was walking in front of a loader and would put the rocks in the bucket of the loader as he picked them up. At some point during this process, Sanchez was said to be under the front of the loader after it stopped, but the driver then moved forward and ran over Sanchez. This caused fatal injuries.
In the investigation summary, OSHA listed two alleged violations, one of which was labeled as “serious.” They also included a recommended penalty of $15,626. The case status is currently listed as open, and additional details are unavailable right now.
