How Did This Accident Occur?

When two cars crash head-on like this, it’s usually because one of them left its lane. The key question investigators must answer is why.

Maybe one of the drivers was distracted or fatigued. Maybe one swerved to avoid another vehicle. Maybe one of these vehicles had a problem with its brakes or steering mechanism. Authorities should be able to sort out what happened here once their investigation is complete, or the grieving families may opt to seek out an independent investigator to take a second look at the evidence.
