Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
When it comes to motorcycle wrecks, there’s always a concern that investigators may be too quick to jump to conclusions. A lot of people are biased against motorcyclists, and that can lead them to overlook important evidence that they might otherwise consider had the victim been in a typical car. Now, people make mistakes, obviously, and I’m not suggesting I know one way or another what happened here. My point is simply that it can be helpful for folks to consider if investigators are looking to get answers or if they’re just looking for someone to blame.
