Harris County, TX — December 18, 2023, John Roohana III was killed and two were injured following a car accident at around 7:30 p.m. along Spring Stuebner Road.
Officials said in their statements that the crash happened at the intersection of Spring Stuebner Road and Fern Lacy Drive.
Authorities said that 42-year-old John Roohana III and a 15-year-old girl were on a Buell Firebolt motorcycle going eastbound along Spring Stuebner. At Fern Lacy, police say a westbound Toyota failed to yield making a left turn, and it crossed into the path of Roohana’s bike. The vehicles collidedm, killing Roohana.
The 15-year-old on Roohana’s motorcycle reportedly had serious injuries. The driver of the Toyota was said to have moderate injuries. Right now, additional details about the crash remain unconfirmed.
