Bastrop County, TX — September 2, 2023, Jesus Flores was killed as the result of a car accident that happened after midnight along F.M. 1209.
According to public information from the authorities, the crash happened around 12:52 a.m. near the intersection of Farm-to-Market 1209 and F.M. 969 outside of the Wyldwood area.
Investigators said in preliminary statements that 20-year-old Jesus Alejandro Flores was behind the wheel of a Mercedes-Benz going northbound on F.M. 1209. In a series of events which cannot be confirmed right now, the vehicle ended up going off the side of the road where it crashed into a tree, then caught fire.
As a result of the accident, Flores sustained fatal injuries. There did not appear to be anyone else in the vehicle with Flores. No further information can be confirmed at this time.
