Gateway, AK — April 19, 2026, Jeni Erhardt was killed in a truck accident just before noon at the interchange of Parks Highway and Glenn Highway.
Authorities said a semi-truck with a side-dump trailer crashed into the driver’s side of a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek.
Subaru driver Jeni Erhart, 50, of Wasilla died after being transported to a nearby hospital, according to authorities.
No other injuries were reported.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Matanuska-Susitna Borough crash at this time.
