Dallas, TX — September 30, 2025, Javier Martinez and two others were injured following a car accident around 10:45 p.m. along Oak Lawn Avenue.
Investigators said that the incident happened in the area of the Oak Lawn and Maple Avenue intersection.
It appears that 44-year-old Javier Martinez and a 42-year-old woman were in a Kia Soul going southwest on Oak Lawn. A Ford Focus was going the opposite direction. At the intersection, the vehicles crossed paths and collided.
Javier Martinez reportedly was seriously injured in the accident. His passenger and the other driver reportedly had less serious injuries. No further information can be confirmed at this time.
