Travis County, TX — September 7, 2023, Jason Ross Barnidge was killed as the result of a motorcycle accident at around 10:30 p.m. along Grand Avenue Parkway.
Authorities said in preliminary public statements on the crash that it happened at Grand Avenue Parkway and Long Vista Drive, just off I-35 in the Wells Branch area south of Round Rock.
According to currently available information, 44-year-old Jason Ross Barnidge was on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle going eastbound along Grand Avenue. At Long Vista Drive, the motorcycle somehow crashed into the end of the median, throwing Barnidge off the bike and into the roadway.
Due to the crash, Barnidge’s injuries proved to be fatal. Authorities did not mention anyone else being involved in the accident. Right now, the cause of the crash cannot be confirmed without additional evidence.
