Fort Worth, TX — December 21, 2023, Jarod Dalton was killed as the result of a single-vehicle car accident at around 8:30 p.m. on McCart Avenue.
Preliminary details about the crash released by authorities indicate that it took place off the corner of McCart Avenue and West Drew Street, just north of Seminary Drive.
Investigators said that 20-year-old Jarod Dalton was the driver of a Chevy pickup that was going southbound along McCart. The vehicle apparently lost control before running off the southeast corner of the intersection, hitting a tree, and ultimately crashed into a residence.
Due to the collision, Dalton sustained fatal injuries. There were no other reported injuries. It appears the residence was vacant when the crash occurred. Right now, no further information about the accident can be confirmed.
