Hidalgo County, TX — October 30, 2025, Jamie Ramos was injured as the result of a car accident which happened around 2:08 a.m. on US Business 77.
Authorities said that the accident happened in the area of Business 77 and I-69E.
Investigators said that 50-year-old Jamie Ramos was in a Hyundai traveling northwest along the expressway. While doing so, the vehicle somehow crashed. This resulted in reportedly serious injuries. There did not appear to be anyone else involved in the accident.

After any single-vehicle accident, it’s easy for people to jump to conclusions. Unfortunately, even authorities sometimes make hasty assumptions instead of taking the time to do a proper, thorough investigation. That’s why it can be helpful to follow up early on with authorities. If it seems like they’re taking the time to be fair and consider all the facts, that’s a good sign. But if it seems like they’re just assuming the one person involved in the crash must have done something wrong, it could be they’re missing something important.
