Northumberland, NY — July 3, 2025, One person was killed following a car accident that occurred at around 6:30 A.M. on West River Road.
According to reports, a Ford Fusion operated by James Morgan was traveling on West River Road at a high rate of speed when it struck the rear of a Jeep Cherokee, causing the Ford to go off-road and strike a tree.
