Brazoria County, TX — May 19, 2024, Jailen Palmer was injured as the result of a car accident which took place around 2:36 a.m. on Highway 288.
Investigators said that the crash happened off the intersection of TX-288 and Memorial Hermann Drive.
According to officials, 30-year-old Jailen Malcolm Palmer was in a Volkswagen Passat going southbound on the highway. In events not clear, the Volkswagen and a Kia Forte crossed paths and collided.
Reports say that Jailen Palmer was seriously injured in the accident. Other injuries weren’t confirmed. Additional details about the crash are unavailable.

A lot of people think that car accidents are always simple, but it’s important to consider whether or not investigations were actually thorough. Authorities don’t always give accidents the attention they need, instead moving on to focus on other priorities before they’ve really given an accident its fair look.
