Accident Report
Garland, TX — June 8, 2026, Jade Flores was killed in a single-vehicle accident at about 4:20 a.m. on the President George Bush Turnpike.
A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2024 Nissan Sentra was heading south when it crashed into an attenuation device near the junction with Interstate 30 and caught fire.
Driver Jade Katelyn Flores, 21, died from injuries suffered in the crash, according to the report.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Dallas County crash at this time.
