How Did This Accident Occur?

A lot of people just assume single-vehicle wrecks must be the result of a reckless driver. However, there are plenty of reasons something like this can happen without the driver really doing anything wrong. Tire blowouts, medical emergencies, road hazards, a vehicle defect—likely or not, these things need attention.

What makes this more challenging is that drivers can’t always give their side of the story if they were seriously injured. As such, police might jump to conclusions without actually getting a fair account from the driver. Sometimes, it takes independent investigations to correct the record and make sure officials tell the whole story. Hopefully authorities here have been thorough and fair so that such steps won’t be necessary.
