Briaroaks, TX — April 5, 2026, Hugo Carillo was killed and another person was injured in a single-car accident at about 2:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of Tarver Road.
A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2017 Volkswagen Golf was heading south when it left the road and hit a tree.
