Fires like this can present some challenges because people are sometimes quick to jump to conclusions. A lot of folks will simply think the residences did something wrong. That’s always possible, but there are other possibilities to consider. Did a defective appliance spark the fire? Did the home have faulty wiring? Was this a natural fire due to weather? Did the fire start from a botched installation or repair? Was this a rental property not kept up to code? Likely or not, it’s important these potential factors get attention before anyone even thinks about jumping to conclusions.
