Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

After any serious hit-and-run, it’s helpful to get as much information into the public eye as possible. One of the best tools authorities have available to them is the community as a whole. Someone may be able to connect dots authorities couldn’t, leading to a name or vehicle and possibly an arrest. Once that happens, there can finally be accountability not just for a driver leaving an accident scene but also for any wrongs that contributed to the accident itself. Hopefully authorities handling this accident keep up the pressure until there’s a proper conclusion.
