Accident Report

May 27, 2026, two people sustained injuries following a helicopter accident at around 9:00 a.m. off Victory Circle West.

Authorities said that the accident happened on the west side of the Texas Motor Speedway along the 16000 block of Victory Circle West.

Investigators said that two people were in a helicopter in the area. Somehow, the helicopter lost altitude and crashed along Victory Circle West. As a result, both helicopter occupants sustained unspecified injuries.

The cause of the crash remains unclear at this time.
