Accident Report
April 19, 2026, Harrys Davis was injured following a car accident at around 6:00 p.m. along Business Highway 69.
Authorities released initial details about the accident saying it happened just east of I-30 near Benton Street.
According to officials, 48-year-old Harrys Davis was in a GMC Yukon going northwest. Another vehicle was going southeast. The vehicles reportedly collided, following which the southeast vehicle reportedly left the scene.
Harrys Davis reportedly had serious injuries due to the crash. No other injuries were reported. Investigations appear to be ongoing.
How Did This Accident Occur?
A lot of the time when someone leaves an accident scene, it can be a sign they did something wrong in the crash. Perhaps it was drunk driving, running a red light, driving while on drugs, running from authorities from a previous traffic stop, etc. Maybe that happened here, or maybe not. Either way, locating the driver is obviously a priority.
Have authorities made any progress with that? Because if not, I would expect to see them release more information to the public. Someone may be able to connect the dots and come forward if they could see a vehicle description or other details that could steer them in the right direction. But if authorities are treating this like a low priority, that all may be up to independent investigators to step in and handle.
