Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

It isn’t really clear how serious this supposed “bump on the head” was, and I can only hope everything turned out okay. More so now than at any other time in my career, I’m hyper-vigilant of things like potential head injuries. We know a lot more than we used to, and even minor concussions can cause more serious issues than people may realize.

That’s one of the reasons I always talk about how there really aren’t any minor accidents when head injuries could be involved. It can take a lot more evidence than a typical crash to make sure the victims and families involved can prove their side of the story. After all, it’s a lot better to have a mountain of evidence and everything turns out fine than end up in a worst case scenario empty-handed.
