How Did This Accident Occur?

Most folks who read about this crash probably won’t hesitate the blame the Jeep driver for this accident, but in my experience things are rarely that simple. What if the Jeep had an issue with its brakes or steering mechanism? What if the truck stopped suddenly, or did not have working taillights?

Those scenarios likely would shift your view of the crash, which is why I typically urge people to wait until the accident investigation is complete before reaching any conclusions about how it happened. The injured driver and his family deserve to know the truth about this crash.
