How Did This Accident Occur?

Authorities likely will investigate this crash like any other collision, but they should go beyond the scene if blood tests confirm the Ford driver was intoxicated at the time of the crash. They should look into where she had been drinking before this accident.

That matters, because under Texas law alcohol providers can share responsibility for injuries caused by a patron who is obviously intoxicated. The only way to know if that applies in this instance is to investigate if the Ford driver was drinking at a bar or restaurant before the crash.

This kind of thorough investigation will show the injured drivers and their family everyone who may have played a role in this accident.
