Dallas, TX — November 5, 2025, Gabriel Zavala Arcila was injured following a car accident at around 8:21 p.m. along Highway 289.

There’s not much information about this crash available right now, and it’s important to know how investigations are being handled. Anytime I get a serious car accident across my desk, I consider three questions:
- Are authorities dedicating the time, tools, and effort needed to get all the facts?
- Are the vehicles being inspected for potential defects?
- Is electronic data being preserved (vehicle data, cellphones, video, etc.)?
