Houston, TX — July 9, 2024, Freddy Heine was killed following a pedestrian versus car accident shortly before 8:30 a.m. along Antoine Drive.
According to authorities, Freddy Lee Heine was on foot attempting to cross Antoine Drive in the vicinity of the Ramona Boulevard intersection when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, Heine was struck by a southbound GMC Sierra pickup truck, which knocked him to the ground. He was then struck by a second vehicle—a Lexus. The Sierra allegedly fled the scene of the accident, though the identity of the person behind the wheel of the pickup is known, according to reports.
Heine Suffered fatal injuries as a result of the collisions. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
