Harris County, TX — January 3, 2024, Felix Alejandro Cruz and one other were injured following a car accident at around 12:20 a.m. on the Katy Freeway.
Authorities said in preliminary statements on the crash that it occurred off the side of eastbound Interstate 10 in the area of Echo Lane.
According to initial investigations, Felix Alejandro Cruz and another man were in a Toyota 4Runner which was traveling eastbound on Katy Freeway. For reasons which can’t be confirmed right now, the vehicle lost control, causing the vehicle to veer into the median barrier. The vehicle then careened across multiple lanes and hit the opposite barrier.
Due to the crash, Cruz and the other man in the vehicle had apparently serious injuries. There did not appear to be any other vehicles involved in the crash. Right now, no further information is available.
