Accident Report

August 21, 2026, a woman was killed and two were injured following a residential explosion accident at 8:28 p.m. on Ocotillo Avenue.

Authorities said in preliminary statements that the accident happened off the corner of Ocotillo Avenue and Slope Drive. It appears that an explosion at a residence occurred, resulting in a fire. Due to this, one woman could not escape and reportedly died.
