San Antonio, TX — December 23, 2023, Evan Upton was killed in a hit-and-run car accident shortly before 12:00 midnight along Interstate 10.
According to authorities, the accident took place on the off-ramp from Interstate 10 toward South New Braunfels Avenue.
Allegedly, 23-year-old Evan Upton was struck and killed by a vehicle of unknown make or model. The person(s) in the vehicle in question failed to stop and render aid of any sort to the victim. A short time later, Upton was reportedly hit by a second vehicle; the driver of the second vehicle stopped and made the call for the emergency situation, according to officials.
