Hunt County, TX — January 5, 2024, Emmalee Victory and one other person were injured in a truck accident at approximately 9:15 p.m. along I.H. 30.
According to reports, 21-year-old Emmalee Victory was traveling in a southwest bound Chevrolet HHR on I.H. 30 in the vicinity just southwest of the F.M. 36 overpass when the accident took place.

The Chevy became disabled in the left of two lanes due to an alleged mechanical issue. A GMC C2500 with a trailer in tow reportedly collided with the back of the Chevrolet. After the initial collision, an 18-wheeler, which was also towing a trailer, also collided with the passenger vehicle.
Emmalee Victory reportedly incurred suspected severe injuries as a result of the accident. She was taken to a local medical facility in order to receive necessary treatment. The 66-year-old man who had been the sole occupant of the GMC sustained apparently minor injuries. No other injuries have been reported.
