How Did This Accident Occur?

People tend to look at accidents like this as little more than someone being reckless and trying to walk on interstate. I have seen examples, though, where there were more unusual factors at work, and those should at least get some kind of consideration. For example, there may have been a medical condition that led to the accident. Or, there could have been some other kind of emergency going on. Perhaps the victim was in a well-lit area and should have been reasonably avoidable. At the end of the day, it’s the evidence that needs to tell the story. Either authorities can show they’ve been looking at all possible factors, or else investigations may need another set of eyes looking things over to ensure the victim’s loved ones get the full story.
