Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
With single-vehicle wrecks, my concern is always whether or not they’re being taken seriously. Over the years, I’ve had all kinds of calls from families who felt they weren’t getting answers because authorities simply moved on to other responsibilities before getting all the facts. Single-vehicle wrecks make up a significant portion of those calls. It could be that authorities here will do their due diligence, but it’s frankly not the sort of thing I’d take for granted.
