Denton, TX — July 6, 2026, Ella Hefner was injured in a single-vehicle accident at about 11:50 p.m. in the 3300 block of Colorado Boulevard.

A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2022 Kia Forte was heading south when it left the road and crashed into a tree and other landscaping.

Driver Ella Hefner, 19, suffered serious injuries in the crash west of Medpark Drive, according to the report.
