DWI charges are obviously serious. If allegations were true, hose charges are no doubt important for seeing accountability. At the same time, though, crash investigations don’t simply end behind the wheel—or at least, they shouldn’t. Families often find they need a lot more information than what’s typically included in a police investigation. Did that ever happen here?
