Accident Report

San Antonio, TX — July 31, 2026, Earl Hudson III was killed in a truck accident at about 12:40 a.m. on Roosevelt Avenue/U.S. Highway 281.

A preliminary accident report indicates that a northbound 2006 Honda Accord crashed into the back of a 2019 Kenworth semi-truck that was stopped at the intersection with the access road for Interstate 410/Connally Loop.

Honda driver Earl Dee Hudson III, 63, died from injuries suffered in the crash, according to the report.

The truck driver, 65, was not injured, the report states.

Authorities have not released any additional information about Bexar County crash at this time.
