February 4, 2026, Dylan Moncada was killed following a work accident which happened off North Houston Avenue.
Initial statements from OSHA say that the accident happened between FM 1960 Bypass Rd. East and FM 1960 Business.
It appears that 29-year-old Dylan Moncada was part of a roofing job site at the above location. While the exact circumstances surrounding the accident are unclear, the OSHA summary lists “Fall” as an emphasis. The ultimate result was that Dylan Moncada sustained fatal injuries.
Right now, it’s unclear if OSHA is considering citations or penalties. Investigations appear to be ongoing.
How Did This Accident Occur?
