Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
With single-vehicle wrecks, one concern is whether or not authorities are really giving it the attention it deserves. Single-vehicle accidents are often seen as a low priority, so it can leave folks looking for answers or trying to tell their side of the story without help from officials. I get calls all the time from people who are unsatisfied with official investigations, and many of them are concerning single-vehicle wrecks. That’s why it wouldn’t surprise me if getting answers here required more thorough independent investigations.
