I’m not saying that happened here, just to be clear. My point is that what might seem like a straight-forward crash can end up being a complex series of events that requires lengthy investigations and legal maneuvering to set right. Considering someone lost their life here, it’s important people are aware these possibilities exist so proper steps can be taken to address them if necessary.
