Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

A commercial vehicle accident can be complex enough without it involving multiple semi-trucks and a fire. That makes me wonder what kind of time, equipment, and effort authorities are dedicating to getting answers here. I’ve handled hundreds of commercial vehicle accidents, and they almost always require thorough independent accident reconstructions to ensure nothing important slips through the cracks. Hopefully steps are being taken here to see evidence is preserved and those involved in the wreck get the help they deserve.
