Orange County, TX — January 25, 2024, Donald Frazier and Chantell Frazier were injured following a semi-truck accident at around 5:30 p.m. on Highway 12.
According to preliminary investigations into the crash, the incident happened along Highway 12 at the intersection of Highway 62.

Investigators said that 59-year-old Donald Frazier and 54-year-old Chantell Frazier were in a Ford Focus which was reportedly going southbound along Highway 62. At Highway 12, they were reportedly crossing the intersection with a green light when a westbound semi-truck hauling a trailer allegedly ran the red light and crashed into the Fraziers’ vehicle.
Due to the collision, both Donald Frazier and Chantell Frazier had injuries described as serious. There were no other confirmed injuries. It appears authorities recommended a charge against the truck driver for running the light. No further information is available at this time.
