When it comes to single-vehicle accidents, people too often jump to conclusions. That’s why a lot of victims and families rightfully are concerned about their side of the story being told fairly. If authorities were careful to simply focus on gathering evidence and let the evidence speak for itself, then there probably wasn’t anything to worry about.
Sometimes, though, folks find that authorities aren’t giving the crash the attention it needs, and there are gaps in the story that need more thorough independent investigations to clear up. Was that needed here, or did authorities do their due diligence?
