Houston, TX — August 16, 2026, Diego Flores was killed in a motorcycle accident at about 1 a.m. in the 6900 block of Memorial Drive.

Authorities said a 2021 Kawasaki ZX600 motorcycle crashed at Memorial Park, where the rider reportedly intended to let the park’s tunnels magnify the sound of the vehicle’s engine before looping back to his friends.

The rider, 21-year-old Diego Flores, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, according to authorities.

Authorities have not released any additional information about the Harris County crash at this time. The accident is still under investigation.
