How Did This Accident Occur?

What caused the 2024 Chevrolet Trax to end up in the wrong lane? The driver could have been fatigued, confused or impaired wind up going the wrong direction on State Highway 6, but we won’t know which until the investigation is completed.

But if it turns out the driver was intoxicated at the time of this crash, investigators should dig into where she had been drinking before the accident.

Texas law makes it illegal for an alcohol provider to serve someone who is obviously intoxicated, and they can be held accountable for any injuries caused by a patron.
