Hopkinton, PA — October 22, 2024, David Fencil died in a 18-wheeler accident at around 11:40 P.M. on Interstate 90.
An investigation is underway into an accident involving an 18-wheeler that left one person dead and 5 injured. Certain details remain limited at this time, but it appears that the accident took place on the westbound lanes of I-90, near Hopkinton and Westboro. According to reports, 2 vehicles were found to have collided with the 18-Wheeler.
One of the occupants of the two vehicles was David Fencil, 48, of Calvert City, KY who was taken to the hospital but would later be pronounced deceased. In addition to Fencil, five other peoples were transported to the hospital, though their injuries are reportedly not life-threatening.
This accident remains under investigation by the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, and Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis unit.
