Dallas, TX —December 9, 2023, David Falcon Rivas was killed as the result of a pedestrian accident at around 5:00 p.m. on Fort Worth Avenue.
Authorities said in preliminary statements that the collision occurred near the intersection of Fort Worth Avenue and Walter Drive.
According to officials, 63-year-old David Falcon Rivas was on foot at the time when he reportedly attempted to cross Fort Worth Avenue. While in the westbound lanes of travel, a Mazda SUV struck and killed Rivas.
