How Did This Accident Occur?
If it’s true that the crash happened after a teen driver failed to stop at a traffic light, that wouldn’t really be all that shocking. Teen drivers are generally inexperienced and prone to mistakes. Of course, that’s no reason to treat this as open-and-shut without a proper accident reconstruction.
There’s no telling when something unusual, like a vehicle defect or a malfunctioning stoplight, might lead to a crash. It’s best to let the evidence tell the story. Not only is better to avoid blaming someone without all the facts, but that’s generally just the best way to get victims and families the best resolution possible. The more information there is telling their story, the fewer gaps there are for doubts and questions. I don’t see any reason right now why this crash would be an exception to that.
