Fort Worth, TX — June 10, 2024, one person was killed and another was injured in a motorcycle versus car accident at about 9:30 p.m. along Loop 820 South.
According to authorities, a motorcyclist was traveling on Loop 820 South Freeway in the vicinity of East Berry Street when the accident took place.
The cause of the accident remains unclear. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the motorcycle collided with the rear-end of a sedan. The motorcyclist incurred reportedly fatal injuries as a result of the wreck and was declared deceased at the scene. The person who had been behind the wheel of the sedan received injuries described as non-life threatening, according to reports; they were transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
