How Did This Accident Occur?

It’s easy to assume that the Kia driver caused this crash by failing to yield, but it’s better to have evidence to show what caused this crash. Investigators will pore over evidence from the scene, data from both vehicles, witness statements and any available video footage to piece together what happened at his Del Rio intersection.

The investigation may show that the Kia driver wasn’t paying attention before the crash, or it may reveal the 18-year-old vehicle had a problem with its throttle or brakes that contributed to this collision. No matter what is turns up, it always best to have facts, rather than assumptions. The injured driver and her family deserve that much.
