How Did This Accident Occur?

I have a lot of folks in my personal life asking me about these Cybertrucks. They tend to make headlines for various reasons, but the concern is usually the same: Are Cybertrucks safe? I have an answer, but it may not be the answer people expect.

Simply put, there need to be more investigations. There have certainly been incidents where it seemed possible that an underlying issue with the construction or design of the vehicle may have contributed to serious harm. Other times, an accident seemed to involve ordinary circumstances, and it was just a coincidence that the Cybertruck was involved.

To know for sure, every crash like this should get attention from experienced professional accident reconstructionists. With the right tools and training, they will be able to say definitively if the factors contributing to the crash happened in the moment or long before the crash on the assembly lines, in the design phase, or in the boardroom. If enough investigations show a pattern, then steps can be taken to address the issue on a bigger stage to do right by the victims and to help prevent future accidents.

So, regardless of what led this crash and the victim’s injuries, I see no reason to forego thorough inspections into the Cybertruck involved in the crash. At the very least, it’s important to rule out something unusual.
